• Completion of “FIDIC Module 1 - Practical use of FIDIC Conditions of Contracts”.
• Basic knowledge in construction industry, and construction contracts.
• Basic knowledge about FIDIC forms of contract.
• FIDIC minimum requirements to book the exam, A or B:
• A. Bachelor degree in relevant discipline (Engineering, Construction, Accounting, Law, QS) AND 5 Years professional experience.

OR

• B. No degree AND 10 Years of Relevant Professional Experience
  

Who should attend?

Contract administrators, contract engineers, commercial managers, cost managers, Quantity Surveyors, Construction Economists, Consulting Engineers, Resident Engineers, Project Managers, Construction Legal Advisers and anyone involved in implementation and management of Constructions Contracts.

Method of delivery

1.The programme is 66 hrs.

2. Candidates lacking knowledge of basic differences and practical uses of red, yellow, and silver books must take FIDIC Module 1.

3.Each session is 3 hours approximately.

4. Two sessions per week.

5.Questions & Answers at the end of each session.

6.Language of instruction is Arabic and English.

Certificates

(1) Certificate issued and accredited by the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC)

Module 4

(2) Certificate of training completion awarded by Justice Academy Equivalent to 120 hrs.

(3) Certificate of training completion awarded by Kuwait Arbitration Center Equivalent to 120 hrs.
